Verification & compliance
Every counterparty we introduce is vetted with full AML, KYC, ICPO and SPA, sanctions screening, and pre-shipment inspection by SGS, CCIC, or Bureau Veritas before any cargo moves.
Deal facilitation
We coordinate the deal flow between buyer and producer, including SPA structuring, documentation, and logistics from refinery, mine-gate, or terminal to FOB, CIF, TTT, or TTV to or at the buyer's port.
